WELL US Study

The Wellness Equity by Lifting up Local Underreported Solutions (WELL US) study was led by the Tubman Center for Health & Freedom, in partnership with over a dozen local community partners. The WELL US study sought to identify healthcare needs and preferences of Black, Brown, LGBTQIA+, Immigrant, Disabled, and otherwise marginalized community members in the Puget Sound region. We were interested in learning about the experiences of local communities, and examining the ways we have adapted to meet our health and wellness needs. Insights from the WELL US study will be used in the design of Tubman Health’s flagship clinic model, as well as meet the research needs of community partners who took part in the design of the survey.
