Answering the Call
The Tubman Center for Health & Freedom is ready to deliver on what community has been asking for: to offer services envisioned by our community as soon as possible. While the Flagship Center is being built in Rainier Beach, Tubman Health is offering our full model of care through our second community-owned site, The Healing House.
Located in South Seattle, the Healing House is a micro-scale of our model, which allows the opportunity to provide community members a trusted place to access care, while also testing the effectiveness of our transformative care model.
The Healing House is an accessible, peaceful retreat-like space within the city. We brought to life design elements that were identified through our three-year community design process. With lush gardens, tons of natural light, and beautiful art representing our community, we have created a place for healing together.
