Join us for a special cooking workshop where we’ll explore how specific nutrients, food sources, and healthy gut bacteria play an essential role in supporting mental well-being. This hands-on class will feature a presentation, cooking together, and of course, enjoying a shared meal. Come ready to learn, create, and connect through the power of food.
