Bio coming soon.
Superpower: My ability to connect with people and bring people together
Kryptonite: A bag of Ghiradelli 68% cacao chocolate chips
Known on the streets for: Making playlists of 90s house music, hip hop, acid jazz and new wave
When not at work: I am watering and feeding my two beautiful sons, taking long walks, practicing breathwork, re-reading my favorite books, reviving my tennis skills
I identify as: She/her, East coaster, proud nerd, mother, daughter of Indian Immigrants, middle sister, physician, plantrician, empath and contraception crusader.
I dedicate my time at the Tubman Center for Health and Freedom to: My mother, who in the 1980s was the first female Indian physician to take care of HIV+ patients in Newark, NJ - tirelessly and without judgement. She dedicated her entire career to conquering the AIDS epidemic and dispelling myths and stereotypes about the Queer community. I hope to continue her mission and fight the power.
